Pipe Flashings

Pipe flashings are used to seal pipe openings in combination with trapezoidal sheets.

Quality features:

  • 11 standard dimensions for a pipe diameter from 3 to 660 mm
  • Weather-restistant due to processing of EPDM
  • Insensitive to UV exposure 
  • Perfect adjustment on the shape of every profile given by the pipe flashing due to the integrated frame made of aluminium

Dektite® EZi-Seal

Rohrmanschette: Dektite® EZi-Seal

For the purpose of pipes sealing on metal roofs - without glue - the Dektite® EZi-Seal is particularly suitable.

Advantages:

  • Non-absorbing, closed cell sealing surface
  • Seals under compression even on wet surfaces
  • Sealing function is accomplished without use of a joint sealant
  • Thermal Thermische length variation of pipes are not hindered
  • Fatigue breakages are excluded

Installation instruction:

Montageanleitung: Dektite® EZi-Seal
1. Trim the cone of the EZi-Seal flashing to suit the flue pipe size.

2. Slide down pipe using water as a lubricant.

3. Press the base of the Dektite flashing to the roof profile by hand.

4. Fasten to the roof using self-tapping fasteners or pop rivets.
