Galvanized steel

Galvanized steel is utilized as a base material and is available in qualities S320GD + Zink (Z) and S320GD + Zink-Aluminium (ZA). Delivered purlins contain quality S350GD + Zink (Z). The zinc coating is 18 - 20 µm per side, which means 275 g/m² for Z and 255 g/m² für ZA.
These materials are delivered in accordance to the applicable european standards EN10143, EN10147 and EN10214.
Basically galvanized steel is unsuitable for the external use and complies to corrosion protection class KI.
