Types of material
The various products can be made out of galvanized steel, aluzinc, aluminium or stainless steel. It is possible to order the sheets optionally coated.
Galvanized steel
The basic material is sendzimir galvanized steel. Galvanized material will be delivered in the qualities S320 GD + zinc (Z) and S320GD + zinc-aluminium (ZA). Stringer will be delivered in the quality S350GD + zinc (Z). The zinc coating is about 18-20 µm thickness on each side, that means 275 g/m² for Z and 255 g/m² for ZA.
These types of material will be delivered according to the applicable European regulations EN10143, EN10147 and EN10214.
Galvanized steel is generally not suitable for external use and related to corrosion protection class KI.
Aluzinc
Aluzinc is a metallic coating made of aluminium-zinc alloy consisting fo 55 % aluminium, 43,4 % zinc and 1,6 % silizium. Aluzink combines the protecting properties of aluminium with the galvanic protection of zinc. The thickness of coating is about 25 µm each side (185 g/m²). Aluzinc 185 g/m² is suitable for external use, as well for walls as for roofs. This type of coating corresspond to corrosion protection class KIII / KIII.
Profile sheets made of this alu-zinc alloy (galvalume) correspond to the applicable European regulations EN10215 und EN10143.
Aluminium
Aluminium will be delivered generally alloyed in version ENAW-3105 (AlMn0,5Mg0,5). It is possible to get the material aluminium in blanc plane version and blanc stucco version as well as the version coated with polyester or PVDF.
Aluminium will be delivered according to the applicable European regulation EN485.
Stainless steel
Some of the trapezoidal and corrugated sheets could be produced out of stainless steel.
The standard qualities of stainless steel are 1.4301 and 1.4401. These qualities are only availabe in 2B-finish version and are alway provided with protection foil on both sides. These types of material will be delivered according to the applicable European regulations EN10088-2 and EN10259.
