Siegener Pfanne - Siegener Pantile

Widespread component made of steel in 0,60 mm thickness and galvanized double-sided. Further thicknesses are available depending on the requested amount.

Preferred lengths: 1.750mm + 2.000mm + 3.000mm
Other optional lengths: 1.250mm + 2.500mm

The structural width of 850mm stems from the inserted flat sheet sized 1.000 mm; EN10215. The pantile can be used as a roof covering and is an efficient solution through its fast mounting. The mounting itself is done via plates, purlins and full cladding. In case of a full cladding there is a separate layer including a bitumen roof cardboard.

The pantile sheet's mounting is to be done at least with galvanized material, e.g. special galvanized nails with roughened shaft and pressed-lead disc. By special profiling the bulges lock into each other and are steadfast, rain- and snow-proof due to the convenient installation and mounting.

The steel pantile sheet is walkable and the material is lightning protected, incombustable, elastic and favors statically due to its profile shape. Every movement respectively every appearing distortion of roof construction is balanced without cracking or breakage. The pantile steel supports general constructional and static demand for simple and quiet roof shape via its form and capacity. Detailed informations can be seen in the drawing.
