Annotation of possibilities for vertical loads hanging in swallow tailed bearings of HOLORIB sheets

The HOLORIB sheets with a mounting width of 600 mm and a distance of 150 mm between the swallow tailed bearings perform a number of functions:

  • working platform
  • formwork
  • bottom reinforcement as composite profile for composite deckings
  • anchor bar

 

The finishing crafts are able to hang the installation without driling by mounting special wedge nuts  HOLOCLIP or rather wedge head screws HOLOBAR in the swallow tailed bearings.

An exception is the shock bead every 600 mm, in wich the tolerance of rolling and Installation is soaked up. The HOLOCLIPs are available with M 6 and M 8 internal threads for threaded rods, screws, etc. mounted on-site. The HOLOBARs are available with threaded pins in M 8 and M 10 for on-site washers and nuts.

The HOLOCLIPs or HOLOBARs are inserted with their narrow side into the beads, rotated by 90° and clamped firmly with a washer and nut. At the protruding thread loads can be hung either directly or through sleeve bolts.
